primo Novembre con il suo format ad una raccolta fondi a beneficio de \u201c<strong>The Scarlett Fund for Pediatric Cancer Research<\/strong>\u201d, fondazione istituita da<strong> Jennifer e Robert James<\/strong> in onore della loro bambina di 8 anni, <strong>Scarlett James<\/strong>, affetta da un Lymphoma T Cell e i cui fondi vengono destinati per la ricerca sul cancro pediatrico.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019evento, in partnership con il <strong>Motherhood Center<\/strong>, lo <strong>Houston Design Center<\/strong> e il<strong> Risotto Festival<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.risottofestival.com\">www.risottofestival.com<\/a>), consiste in una competizione culinaria che vede sfidare quattro squadre , ognuna composta da quattro piccoli chef, guidati a loro volta da quattro generosissimi Excecutive Chef, con l\u2019unico intento di sensibilizzare la comunit\u00e0 sul tema Ricerca sul Cancro Pediatrico e raccogliere fondi per la fondazione.<br His team includes young chefs Chiara Cattano, Camilla Manning, Veronica Pascucci and Giulia Sdringola, who will prepare Risotto alla parmigiana con piselli (Parmigiana risotto with peas).  The Pepper Team: captained by French Executive Chef David Dennis, owner of Le Mistral French restaurant. His team includes young chefs Bailey Yu, Ava Mulish, Julia Nguyen and Siena, who will prepare Risotto all\u2019aragosta (lobster risotto).  The Radicchio Team: led by Mark Riley, American Executive Chef of Eric\u2019s Restaurant, located in the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston's Hilton. The team he will be leading includes young chefs Payton Daly, Brady Yu, Laila Muslih and Elliot Osborn, who will prepare Risotto al tacchino confit con salvia e mirtilli (Tukey confit risotto with sage and blueberries).
