Ecco una alternativa appetitosa, facile, adatta a cene e pic nic. Il farro, inoltre, contiene una certa dose di proteine e si mantiene al dente pur assorbendo i sapori dei vari ingredienti. Decisamente una delle mie ricette preferite!!!<\/p>\n<div id=\"post-body-7364536103596138551\">\n<h2>\u00a0Ingredienti (per quattro persone)<\/h2>\n<p>150 gr di farro<br \/>\n100 gr di gamberetti<br \/>\n100 gr totani (io ho preso solo i tentacoli)<br \/>\n100 gr di pomodorini<br \/>\n50 gr di sedano<br \/>\nolio d&#8217;oliva<br \/>\nsale<br \/>\naglio<\/p>\n<h2>Attrezzature<\/h2>\n<p>Schiacciapatate.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center; Aggiungete le verdure, soprattutto i pomodori, poco prima di servire il piatto perch\u00e9 il pomodoro si disfa e diventa acido e molliccio.
