It is not only easy to make but also scrumptuous to taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For 6 people<\/p>\n<p>1 kg fresh sardines<\/p>\n<p>100 gr. breadcrumb<\/p>\n<p>2 eggs<\/p>\n<p>30 gr. raisins<\/p>\n<p>30 gr. pine nuts<\/p>\n<p>30 gr. grated pecorino cheese<\/p>\n<p>1 lemon<\/p>\n<p>chopped parsley<\/p>\n<p>hard wheat flour<\/p>\n<p>Balck pepper, salt, olive oil<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sceltedigusto.it\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/polpette-di-sarde.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10574 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sceltedigusto.it\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/polpette-di-sarde-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"polpette-di-sarde\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sceltedigusto.it\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/polpette-di-sarde-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sceltedigusto.it\/public\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/polpette-di-sarde.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clean and bone the sardines, removing the head, then chop them with a sharp knife.<\/p>\n<p>In a little bowl soak the raisins in warm water. Grate half of a lemon zest and squeese also the juice. In a larger bowl mix the sardines with all the other ingredients. Adjust the stiffness of the mix with the breadcrumb, then prepare the rounded sardines meatballs and fry them in hot olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>You can either serve the dish as a starter of a meal, or instead cook the meatballs in tomato sauce and have a main course dish.
